Ingredients
- 75 grams Cheddar Cheese
- 25 grams Salted Butter
- 25 grams Plain Flour
- 250 ml Semi-Skimmed Milk
Method
- Grate the cheese into a bowl.
- Place the butter, flour and milk into a small saucepan.
- Bring the sauce to boil whisking it all the time until it has thickened
- Reduce the heat and allow to simmer for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the grated cheese.
