Ingredients
- 1/4 c. White Miso
- 1/4 c. Mirin
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1 Tbsp. Wasabi powder
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- flank steak
Method
- Marinate for 2 hours in refrigerator.
- Grill and baste with reserved marinade.
