Ingredients

  • 1 each sweet potatoes, or yams
  • 1 small red onion diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon chinese five spice powder
  • 40 grams watercress
  • 15 grams almonds roasted and cut
  • 50 grams goat (chevre) cheese
  • 1 3/4 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 4 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 each garlic paste

Method

  • Set oven at 190c.
  • Cook potato.
  • Put onion and seeds in saucepan for 10 second sizzle, then pour on potatoes.
  • Season.
  • Put in over for 45/50 mins.
  • Make dressing by mixing ingredients above and adding salt and pepper.
  • Mix food from oven and dressing together, then crumble goats cheese on top.
