Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chutney
  • 4 oz (or more) chopped or sliced ham
  • 2 oz (or more) sliced cheddar cheese
  • 8 sweet pickle chips (optional)
  • 1 baguette, sliced lengthwise

Method

  • Spread chutney on 1 side of the bread.
  • Layer ham, pickles (if using), and cheddar cheese and place the second slice of baguette on top.
  • Cut sandwich into 2 pieces.
  • Heat a large skillet over high heat and place the sandwiches in the pan.
  • Use a smaller skillet lid with cans placed on the top to press the sandwiches as they heat.
  • Heat until cheese melts.
  • Serve and enjoy!
