Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chutney
- 4 oz (or more) chopped or sliced ham
- 2 oz (or more) sliced cheddar cheese
- 8 sweet pickle chips (optional)
- 1 baguette, sliced lengthwise
Method
- Spread chutney on 1 side of the bread.
- Layer ham, pickles (if using), and cheddar cheese and place the second slice of baguette on top.
- Cut sandwich into 2 pieces.
- Heat a large skillet over high heat and place the sandwiches in the pan.
- Use a smaller skillet lid with cans placed on the top to press the sandwiches as they heat.
- Heat until cheese melts.
- Serve and enjoy!
