Ingredients
- 2 c. diced apples
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1/4 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1/2 c. seedless grapes, halved
- 1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk
Method
- Blend cottage cheese and dry milk until smooth and chill to thicken.
- Mix apples and lemon juice.
- Add celery, walnuts and grapes.
- Stir in thickened cottage cheese mixture and serve. Makes 4 servings.
