Ingredients
- 14 cup patis (fish sauce)
- 14 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 large red chile, finely chopped
Method
- place all ingredients in a bowl and stir to dissolve sugar.
