Ingredients
- 2 c. cubed angel food cake
- 1 x (8-oz) carton lemon fat-free yogurt
- 1/4 x an (8-oz) container frzn light whipped dessert topping, thawed
- 1 c. mixed berries, such as red raspberries, blueberries, or possibly sliced strawberries Fresh mint (optional)
Method
- Divide the angel food cake cubes among 4 dessert dishes.
- In a small mixing
- bowl fold together the yogurt and whipped topping.
- Dollop yogurt mix atop cake cubes.
- Sprinkle with berries.
- If you like, garnish with fresh mint.
