Ingredients

  • 2 c. cubed angel food cake
  • 1 x (8-oz) carton lemon fat-free yogurt
  • 1/4 x an (8-oz) container frzn light whipped dessert topping, thawed
  • 1 c. mixed berries, such as red raspberries, blueberries, or possibly sliced strawberries Fresh mint (optional)

Method

  • Divide the angel food cake cubes among 4 dessert dishes.
  • In a small mixing
  • bowl fold together the yogurt and whipped topping.
  • Dollop yogurt mix atop cake cubes.
  • Sprinkle with berries.
  • If you like, garnish with fresh mint.
