- 1 pkg. white cake mix
- 3 1/2 oz. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 c. soft-type margarine
- 3/4 c. water
- chocolate frosting
- whipped topping
- 1 c. pecans
Method
- Combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, margarine and water.
- Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes.
- Line 2 (10 1/2 x 15-inch) cookie sheets with oiled waxed paper.
- Divide batter evenly.
- Bake in preheated 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Cool.
- Cut each sheet lengthwise into 3 strips.
- Assemble with your favorite chocolate frosting between strips and on top.
- Frost sides with whipped topping and sprinkle sides with nuts.
- Serves 18 to 20.
