Ingredients
- 4 c. chopped Vidalia onions
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 1/4 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream (fat-free or lite)
Method
- Saute onions in oleo until soft.
- Mix with all other ingredients and top with bread crumbs.
- Bake at 300° for about 30 minutes.
