Ingredients
- 1/3 c. olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp. Tabasco
- 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
- fresh parsley (optional)
- 1 lb. medium size raw shrimp, shelled and deveined
Method
- In large skillet, heat oil.
- Stir in garlic, bay leaves and Tabasco.
- When garlic sizzles, add shrimp and parsley, stirring constantly, until shrimp are pink, about 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Serve with pasta or rice and French bread.
