Ingredients
- 3 lb. ground beef
- 3 cans red kidney beans
- 2 cans chili, without beans
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- tostada shells
- cheese
- lettuce
- tomatoes
Method
- Cook beef on medium and cook until done.
- Put chili in and cook for 15 minutes together.
- Put beans in blender.
- After they are blended real soft, put in with the beef and chili mixture. Mix together real good.
- Put in chili powder and simmer for 2 or 3 hours or use crock-pot.
- Put the mixture on toastada shells.
- Put grated cheese, chopped tomatoes and lettuce on top.
