Ingredients

  • 3 lb. ground beef
  • 3 cans red kidney beans
  • 2 cans chili, without beans
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • tostada shells
  • cheese
  • lettuce
  • tomatoes

Method

  • Cook beef on medium and cook until done.
  • Put chili in and cook for 15 minutes together.
  • Put beans in blender.
  • After they are blended real soft, put in with the beef and chili mixture. Mix together real good.
  • Put in chili powder and simmer for 2 or 3 hours or use crock-pot.
  • Put the mixture on toastada shells.
  • Put grated cheese, chopped tomatoes and lettuce on top.
