Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground venison
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 Tbsp. Heinz 57
- 1 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
- 1/4 c. Carnation nonfat dry milk
Method
- Mix well all seasonings and the ground venison.
- Form into patties and cook on gas grill or charcoal grill.
- Wonderful and fat-free.
