Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 c. plain flour
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- flavoring (your favorite)
Method
- Put cooking oil in measuring cup.
- Add Crisco until oil rises to the top ring.
- Add sugar and eggs; beat.
- Sift dry ingredients together and add to first mixture.
- Roll into tiny balls and press with solid bottom of a glass dipped in sugar.
- Bake at 375°.
- I bake on cookie sheets that do not require greasing.
