Ingredients

  • 2 tubes Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. Ranch dry dressing mix
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 c. broccoli
  • 1 c. cauliflower
  • 1 c. onion
  • 1 c. tomato

Method

  • Finely chop all veggies; unroll crescent rolls.
  • Spread on ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
  • Let cool. Mix cream cheese, cottage cheese, mayonnaise and Ranch dressing; mix well.
  • Spread mix on top of dough.
  • Top with veggies. Refrigerate at least 4 to 5 hours.
  • Cut into squares.
