- 2 tubes Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. Ranch dry dressing mix
- 1 green pepper
- 1 c. broccoli
- 1 c. cauliflower
- 1 c. onion
- 1 c. tomato
Method
- Finely chop all veggies; unroll crescent rolls.
- Spread on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
- Let cool. Mix cream cheese, cottage cheese, mayonnaise and Ranch dressing; mix well.
- Spread mix on top of dough.
- Top with veggies. Refrigerate at least 4 to 5 hours.
- Cut into squares.
