Ingredients

- 6 stalks fresh asparagus
- dash of flour
- soy sauce
- cooking wine
- 4 to 5 pieces beef, thinly sliced
Method
- Boil
- asparagus and carrots until tender.
- Add salt and pepper to
- beef
- and
- roll
- in flour.
- Roll all vegetables up inside the slice
- of
- beef.
- Fry in oil, rolling in pan until brown on
- all sides.
- Cut roll-ups in half and serve on a bed of lettuce.
- Mix soy sauce and cooking wine together.
- Pour on roll-ups and serve.
