Method

  • Boil
  • asparagus and carrots until tender.
  • Add salt and pepper to
  • beef
  • and
  • roll
  • in flour.
  • Roll all vegetables up inside the slice
  • of
  • beef.
  • Fry in oil, rolling in pan until brown on
  • all sides.
  • Cut roll-ups in half and serve on a bed of lettuce.
  • Mix soy sauce and cooking wine together.
  • Pour on roll-ups and serve.
