Ingredients

  • 2 tubes crescent rolls
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. Ranch salad dressing mix
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 3 to 4 oz. grated cheese
  • vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, green pepper, red pepper, tomatoes, cucumber or vegetables of your choice)

Method

  • Unroll crescent roll dough and press into the bottom of a baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray; seal seams and perforations. Bake at 375° for 11 to 13 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, Ranch dressing mix and mayonnaise until smooth. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with vegetables and cheese. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Cut into squares.
