Ingredients
- 4 c. sugar
- 2 c. vinegar
- 1 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1 bunch celery
- 2 green peppers
- 2 red peppers
- 2 large heads cabbage
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
Method
- Shred cabbage.
- Sprinkle with salt; let stand 2 hours. Squeeze dry by handfuls.
- Put in large bowl with celery and peppers (chopped).
