Ingredients
- 1/2 can vegetarian dinner steaks, diced
- 2 c. precooked noodles
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 c. sour cream
- 4 to 5 c. mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2/3 c. grape juice
Method
- Glaze onions and mushrooms sprinkled sparingly with paprika. Add diced burger steak and Parmesan cheese.
- Cook under low heat for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring.
- Add grape juice; simmer on low for 10 minutes.
- Add sour cream, warm gently and serve.
