Ingredients
- 1 or 2 bunches broccoli
- cauliflower
- spring onions
- 1/2 to 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cut vegetables into small pieces.
- Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar; pour over vegetables.
- Add cheese, salt and pepper.
- Mix all of the ingredients and cover.
- Store in refrigerator overnight.
