Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed out (dry well)
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
- 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, finely chopped
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
Method
- Mix sour cream, mayo and spinach; add dry soup mix, chopped chestnuts and onions.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Carve out round rye or pumpernickel bread.
- Fill hollow with dip.
- Serve with cubed bread chunks, crackers, veggies or bread sticks.
