Ingredients
- 500 grams new potatoes, parboiled until almost cooked , sliced.
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 Shallots thinly sliced
- 3 clove large , crushed
- 1 tsp choppped fresh tarragon
- 1 tsp chopped freah chives
- 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
Method
- bring.pan of slightly salted.water to boil , add the potatoes,cook them for about 15-20 minutea until just tender, drain them well
- melt butter
- fry the shalotts and garlic on low.heat until.soft
- add the poratoes and mix,with the butter.
- season with salt and pepper let onions.caramelize until.poratoes are cooked through.
- transfer to plates or.bowl and sprinkle with the herbs
