Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 3/4 c. Mazola oil
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (10 oz.) can white Shoepeg corn
  • 1 small can French-style green beans
  • 1 small can LeSueur English peas
  • 1 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 2 bunches green onions, chopped
  • 1 small jar chopped pimentos

Method

  • Mix together the first 5 ingredients and bring to a boil; cool.
  • Drain vegetables and mix.
  • Pour the cooled mixture over the vegetables and allow to marinate overnight.
  • Will keep for a long time.
  • The longer it marinates, the better it tastes.
