Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
- 1 pkg. frozen cauliflower, cooked and drained
- 1 pkg. frozen sliced carrots, cooked and drained
Method
- Layer cauliflower, broccoli and carrots.
- Cube a small package Velveeta cheese and place between each layer.
- Crush 1 stack Ritz crackers and layer on top.
- Melt 1 stick butter and pour over crackers.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
