Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen French-cut green beans
  • 1 pkg. frozen lima beans
  • 1 pkg. frozen green peas
  • 1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (3 oz.) can Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Cook green beans, lima beans and peas until done and layer in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  • Cook green pepper until tender and layer atop cooked vegetables.
  • Whip whipping cream.
  • Fold in mayonnaise and most of the Parmesan cheese.
  • Spread cream mixture over vegetables and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  • Bake at 350° about 10 to 15 minutes until heated thoroughly and golden brown.
