Ingredients
- 2 lb. Italian sausage
- 2 cans beef broth
- 2 cans water
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 1/2 pkg. frozen corn
- 1 small zucchini, chunked
Method
- Brown, crumble and drain sausage.
- Add remaining ingredients. Season to taste with basil, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper. Simmer until vegetables are tender (great made in crock-pot).
