Ingredients

  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can cut green beans (French-cut)
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 tsp. margarine
  • Pepperidge Farm stuffing or cracker crumbs for topping

Method

  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly, except margarine and stuffing or cracker crumbs.
  • Place in greased casserole dish.
  • Melt margarine and add desired amount of stuffing or crackers for topping.
  • Sprinkle on top.
  • Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
