- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can cut green beans (French-cut)
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 tsp. margarine
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing or cracker crumbs for topping
Method
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly, except margarine and stuffing or cracker crumbs.
- Place in greased casserole dish.
- Melt margarine and add desired amount of stuffing or crackers for topping.
- Sprinkle on top.
- Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
