Ingredients

  • 100g prosciutto
  • 100g mixed lettuce leaves
  • 2 mangos or 3 peaches, cut into slices Whole Foods 2 ea For $4.00 thru 02/09
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 50 g shaved Pecorino cheese Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
  • 1/3 cup KRAFT Italian Dressing

Method

  • Lay the prosciutto onto a lined baking tray and bake at 200 degrees C for 8 minutes until crispy.
  • Break into pieces.
  • Arrange lettuce, mango, onion, Pecorino and prosciutto onto a serving platter.
  • Drizzle with dressing and serve immediately.
