Ingredients
- 2 cans Veg-All mixed vegetables
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. celery
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- Ritz cracker crumbs or French fried onion rings
Method
- Drain vegetables and chestnuts.
- Mix all ingredients, except butter and crackers; pour into a 3-quart casserole dish.
- Top with Ritz cracker crumbs and butter that have been mixed together. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
