Ingredients
- 20 oz. pkg. mixed frozen vegetables
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. diced celery
Method
- Cook and drain vegetables.
- Mix all ingredients and put in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Top with mixture of 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine and crushed Ritz crackers.
- Bake in a 350° oven for 20 minutes.
