Ingredients
- 2 fresh carrots, cut in small pieces
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans (10 oz.) water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 c. uncooked rice
