Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons margarine softened
- 1 cup onions chopped
- 1 cup carrots frozen, diced
- 1/2 cup celery diced
- 2 quarts water
- 3 tablespoons chicken bouillon, powdered
- 2 cups egg noodles uncooked
- 2 cups turkey diced, cooked
Method
- Saute onion, carrots, and celery in margarine.
- Stir in water, chicken soup base and noodles.
- Heat to boiling, stirring frequently.
- Reduce heat and add turkey.
- Gently boil until noodles are tender and flavors are blended, 8 to 12 minutes.
