Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons margarine softened
  • 1 cup onions chopped
  • 1 cup carrots frozen, diced
  • 1/2 cup celery diced
  • 2 quarts water
  • 3 tablespoons chicken bouillon, powdered
  • 2 cups egg noodles uncooked
  • 2 cups turkey diced, cooked

Method

  • Saute onion, carrots, and celery in margarine.
  • Stir in water, chicken soup base and noodles.
  • Heat to boiling, stirring frequently.
  • Reduce heat and add turkey.
  • Gently boil until noodles are tender and flavors are blended, 8 to 12 minutes.
