- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 can Campbell's condensed golden corn soup
- 1 can Campbell's condensed tomato soup
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 can Veg-All, drained
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (7 1/2 or 10 oz.) refrigerated biscuits
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Brown ground beef in skillet over medium-high heat; drain fat. Stir in soups, water, mixed vegetables and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon into 3-quart baking dish.
- Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, or until bubbly.
- Meanwhile, cut each biscuit into quarters.
- Remove dish from oven; stir.
- Arrange biscuits on hot beef mixture. Sprinkle cheese on biscuits.
- Bake 10 minutes or until biscuits are golden.
- Makes 6 servings.
