Ingredients

  • 2 15 oz. Veg-All mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 oz. saltine crackers crushed
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Method

  • Combine undrained mixed vegetables, onion, celery, mayonnaise, cheese, and salt in bowl; mix well.
  • Spoon into buttered baking dish.
  • Top with mixture of cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
