Ingredients
- 2 15 oz. Veg-All mixed vegetables
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 oz. saltine crackers crushed
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Method
- Combine undrained mixed vegetables, onion, celery, mayonnaise, cheese, and salt in bowl; mix well.
- Spoon into buttered baking dish.
- Top with mixture of cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
