- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 jar taco sauce
- 1 jar enchilada sauce
- 1 pkg. corn tortillas
- 1 lb. cooked hamburger
- 1 diced onion
- salt and pepper
- grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Line large flat pan with tortillas.
- Mix rest of ingredients together and pour over tortillas.
- Add grated cheese on top.
- Bake in a 375° oven for 20 minutes.
