Ingredients

  • 16 ounce. thinly sliced veal
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • flour
  • 4 ounce. butter
  • 2 ounce. minced onions
  • 4 ounce. veal gravy
  • 6 ounce. heavy cream
  • Paprika to taste
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • 1 ounce. minced parsley
  • Oregano to taste

Method

  • Season sliced veal with salt and pepper, then flour lightly and fry briefly in butter.
  • Add in onions and mushrooms and saute/fry.
  • Add in white wine.
  • Add in veal gravy and reduce.
  • Pour in cream and heat thoroughly.
  • Sprinkle with parsley and oregano.
  • Don't boil the meat in the sauce or possibly it will become tough.
