Ingredients
- 16 ounce. thinly sliced veal
- Salt and pepper to taste
- flour
- 4 ounce. butter
- 2 ounce. minced onions
- 4 ounce. veal gravy
- 6 ounce. heavy cream
- Paprika to taste
- Lemon juice to taste
- 1 ounce. minced parsley
- Oregano to taste
Method
- Season sliced veal with salt and pepper, then flour lightly and fry briefly in butter.
- Add in onions and mushrooms and saute/fry.
- Add in white wine.
- Add in veal gravy and reduce.
- Pour in cream and heat thoroughly.
- Sprinkle with parsley and oregano.
- Don't boil the meat in the sauce or possibly it will become tough.
