Ingredients
- 6 pieces veal for cutlets
- bread crumbs
- parsley
- 1 small container sour cream
- 1 egg
- fresh mushrooms
- butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Method
- Bread and fry cutlets in small amount of oil.
- Remove and cool.
- In saucepan, saute mushrooms in butter and parsley.
- Add sour cream and soup, heating through.
