Ingredients
- 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1 - 2 cloves garlic
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach
- 6 oz. jar artichoke hearts
- 8-oz tub garlic-chive cream cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
Method
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Thaw and then squeeze spinach to remove moisture.
- Rinse, drain and pat dry the artichoke hearts.
- Put Romano cheese in food processor with metal blade. Turn motor on and drop garlic through food tube to mince.
- Stop motor and add spinach, artichokes, cream cheese and eggs.
- Process until blended.
- Put mixture in medium bowl and gently stir in mozzarella cheese.
- Transfer to ovenproof baking dish and bake 20 - 25 minutes.
