Ingredients
- 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 4 veal slices (very thin)
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Method
- Combine flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder; set aside. Remove and discard any excess fat from veal and dredge in flour mixture.
