Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. veal steak
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, diluted with 1 can water
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 c. carrots, chopped fine
- 1 c. celery, chopped fine
- 1 1/2 c. peas
- salt and pepper
Method
- Trim, pound and season veal.
- Brown quickly in very hot frying pan.
- Add mushroom soup and water and simmer a few minutes.
- Add vegetables; put in casserole and bake for about an hour or until meat is very tender.
- Serves 4.
