Ingredients
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 2 3/4 c. sugar
- dash of salt
- 2 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 cans evaporated milk
Method
- Mix sugar, flour and salt.
- Add remaining ingredients, stirring well.
- Place in container for ice cream mixer, then add whole milk up to fill line.
- Freeze according to freezer directions.
