Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 qt. dairy milk
Method
- To use a fresh pumpkin, cut it in half and remove the seeds. Place cut sides up in a large pan with sides.
- Lay a piece of foil over each (loosely).
- Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until pumpkin feels soft.
- Remove pumpkin halves from the oven; scoop out the middles and use in your favorite recipe.
