Ingredients

  • 1 and a half cup of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter (the one that coming in a bar)
  • 1 teaspoon of wheat flour
  • chopped coriander (your own taste) also you can use parsley
  • half cup of cheddar cheese (grated by yourself)

Method

  • 1)In a casserole boil the milk.
  • 2)Add the butter and mix with the milk.
  • 3)After you mix the milk with the butter add the cheese with the mixture boiling.
  • 4) Add the wheat teaspoon until its thicken.
  • 5)Finally you can add the coriander.
  • 6)If you want more flavor you can add grated parmesan with romano cheese mixture. (the one you use for the pasta)
