Ingredients
- 1 and a half cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter (the one that coming in a bar)
- 1 teaspoon of wheat flour
- chopped coriander (your own taste) also you can use parsley
- half cup of cheddar cheese (grated by yourself)
Method
- 1)In a casserole boil the milk.
- 2)Add the butter and mix with the milk.
- 3)After you mix the milk with the butter add the cheese with the mixture boiling.
- 4) Add the wheat teaspoon until its thicken.
- 5)Finally you can add the coriander.
- 6)If you want more flavor you can add grated parmesan with romano cheese mixture. (the one you use for the pasta)
