- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can spaghetti sauce
- 2 tablespoons flour
- pepper
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 12 cup mozzarella cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 12 teaspoon oregano
- 14 teaspoon thyme
Method
- Brown hamburger; add spaghetti sauce, 2 tbsp flour and pepper.
- Spread in 9x13-inch pan.
- Sprinkle with cheeses.
- Beat eggs, milk 1 cup flour, salt and oil.
- Pour over hamburger mixture.
- Sprinkle with oregano and thyme.
- Bake at 425F for 30 minutes.
