Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can spaghetti sauce
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • pepper
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 12 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 12 teaspoon oregano
  • 14 teaspoon thyme

Method

  • Brown hamburger; add spaghetti sauce, 2 tbsp flour and pepper.
  • Spread in 9x13-inch pan.
  • Sprinkle with cheeses.
  • Beat eggs, milk 1 cup flour, salt and oil.
  • Pour over hamburger mixture.
  • Sprinkle with oregano and thyme.
  • Bake at 425F for 30 minutes.
