Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 5 tbsp. cocoa
Method
- Heat and boil 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and add in 1/2 c. peanut butter, stirring till melted.
- Add in 3 c. quick cooking oats (uncooked) and stir till all oats are coated.
- Drop while warm by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper or possibly aluminum foil.
- Cookies will set firmly when cold.
