Ingredients
- 2 lb. cranberries (about 3 qt.)
- 8 eating oranges
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 4 c. sugar
Method
- Wash cranberries.
- Run through a medium or fine knife or food chopper.
- Peel and remove all fiber from pulp of oranges.
- (I leave just a little peel on for color.)
- Grind oranges through chopper. Put all ingredients together in a plastic container and let stand, covered, at room temperature for 2 hours.
- This recipe makes a lot, but can be frozen.
