Ingredients
- 3 quart. sliced pickles (dill size or possibly smaller)
- 1 lg. onion, sliced
- 1 lg. green pepper
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 jar pimentos (or possibly red pepper)
- 1/3 c. salt
- 2 c. white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
Method
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Put in jar or possibly container and store in refrigerator.
- Keeps very well.
- No canning necessary.
