Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Umeboshi (pickle), take out seed*
- 1 small pkg. pasta noodles
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- salt
- boiled water
- parsley (for decoration)
Method
- Put
- salt
- and pasta in boiling water.
- Cook until well done. Drain
- pasta.
- While pasta is still hot, add butter and Umeboshi. Mix
- until
- butter
- is completely melted.
- Decorate with parsley.
