Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 1 (12 oz.) container soft cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and egg with electric mixer until smooth.
- Pour in crust and bake 25 minutes.
- Blend sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar and vanilla, pour over first layer and return to the oven.
- Bake another 15 minutes. Chill and serve.
