Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 16 oz. tomato sauce
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. spaghetti sauce
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls

Method

  • Brown beef and onion in skillet; drain.
  • Stir in tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce mix.
  • Cook over low heat 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Spoon into a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Spread sour cream on meat mixture and top with cheese.
  • Unroll crescent rolls and place on top of cheese.
  • Bake uncovered at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
