- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 16 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. spaghetti sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls
Method
- Brown beef and onion in skillet; drain.
- Stir in tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce mix.
- Cook over low heat 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Spoon into a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Spread sour cream on meat mixture and top with cheese.
- Unroll crescent rolls and place on top of cheese.
- Bake uncovered at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
