Ingredients

  • 4 whole wheat rolls halved horizontally
  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 8 slices turkey breast
  • 8 slices Emmental cheese
  • 2 pickles large, halved lengthwise
  • 8 pickles baby, halved lengthwise
  • icing white writing
  • 1 black olive cut into 16 pieces

Method

  • Spread hummus over bottom buns. Top each with 2 slices of turkey and 2 slices of cheese. Arrange pickles over top to resemble the head and limbs of a turtle. Top with remaining buns. Use writing icing to attach olives on for eyes.
